State Leadership Convention

The California State FFA Leadership Convention is the premier event of the year, drawing thousands of members for a multi-day experience full of inspiration, celebration, and opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Main Sessions: Hear from keynote speakers, state officers, and FFA leaders from across California.
• Workshops: Choose from dozens of student-led sessions on advocacy, inclusion, career readiness, and more.
• Competitions & Awards: Support your chapter in state finals, awards recognition, and delegate business.

Conference Progression:

• All-Member Opportunity: Open to active members of any grade level, with chapter selection.
• Held in Sacramento: Typically in late March or early April—mark your calendar!
