SRLC brings together chapters from across Southern California to develop high-level leadership skills. It’s perfect for returning members ready to deepen their involvement and lead others.

What You’ll Do:

• Workshops & Keynotes: Learn from regional officers and guest speakers on leadership, service, and advocacy.
• Chapter Planning: Collaborate with your officer team or peers on chapter goals and action plans.
• Mentorship & Networking: Connect with experienced members and alumni for mentorship and support.

Conference Progression:

• Advanced Experience: Best suited for sophomores and up who want to take on leadership roles.
• Regional Participation: Held at a designated Southern Region site each fall.
