Made for Excellence (MFE)/ Advanced Leadership Academy (ALA)

MFE & ALA are two parallel leadership conferences that challenge members to grow as individuals and team players. MFE is for 10th-grade students, while ALA targets juniors and seniors.

What You’ll Do:

• MFE (10th Grade): Focus on self-discovery, personal values, and building leadership identity.
• ALA (11th–12th Grade): Learn advanced team leadership, career readiness, and workplace communication.
• Interactive Learning: Both tracks use small-group discussions, simulations, and reflection activities.

Conference Progression:

• Application-Based: Students are selected or invited to attend by their chapter advisors.
• Two-Day Event: Typically hosted regionally with an overnight stay.
