Green Hand Leadership Conference

GLC is tailored specifically for first-year members (Greenhands) to explore the foundations of FFA, agricultural leadership, and personal growth. It’s the first step on your leadership journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Leadership Lessons: Learn the values of FFA, setting SMART goals, and building positive habits.
• FFA Knowledge: Understand official dress, the FFA Creed, and opportunities available in your chapter.
• Team Challenges: Work in small groups to complete tasks that encourage collaboration and creative thinking.

Conference Progression:

• Freshman-Focused: Designed exclusively for 9th graders or first-year Ag students.
• Section/Region-Based: Usually hosted in a central location with several chapters participating.
